• Identify and classify any 30-60-90 day opportunities the prospect may have or an actual requirement.
• Identify and leverage appropriate channels of communication based on customer preference.
• Evaluate and understand a potential buyer's interest and need for a product or service.
• Capture actionable and detailed insights into the customer’s budget, needs and authority to purchase.
• Provide customized approaches to overcome customer objections.
• Take each prospect through our client qualification points before passing along qualified leads to the sales team
• Send compiled reports of the requirement details from prospects to our client.
• Set up face-to-face meetings with customers having requirements or 30 day opportunities.
• Single point of co-ordination and contact between the prospect and our client.
• Account management and relationship cultivation.
